FREEMAN, Russell M. of Malden entered into eternal rest unexpectedly, Thursday, October 12, 2023 at home. He was 56 years old. Russell served in the U. S. Army and was honorably discharged. He worked as a maintenance man for various buildings. Dear son of the late Paul Richard and Evelyn Welch; dear and devoted father of Livia M. Freeman and Russell M. Freeman of Lynn; devoted brother of Richard Freeman and his wife, Kathy of NH , Donna Freeman, Jimmy Freeman and Mikey Freeman; and loving grandfather of Lilyanna Carela Short. Russell is also survived by his step-mother, Judy Freeman.   Services are private. Arrangements by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, EVERETT.
