GRASSA, Roseanne E. (Spada) of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 in the Scalabrini Villa in Kingston, RI.  She was 71 years old.   Born in Malden, Massachusetts, Roseanne lived in Everett for most of her life.  She graduated from Everett High School and was retired from C. W. Chesterton Company.  Dear daughter of the late Anthony and Loretta (Busteed) Spada.  Beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Grassa.  Dear and devoted mother of Anthony Bernard and his partner, Jenna Jankowski of Warwick, RI, Michelle Kane and her husband, Joseph of Everett and Matthew J. Grassa and his wife, Christina of Everett.  Devoted sister of June Chiarello and her husband, Peter of Everett and the late John Spada.  Loving grandmother of Gavin Kane, Taytum Bernard, Morgan Bernard, Aidan Kane, Joseph Grassa and Dominic Grassa.   Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Roseanne's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark Street, (Corner of Main Street) EVERETT, Friday, May 21 from 4-7 p.m.  Her funeral will be from the funeral home on  Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 9 a.m.  followed by a funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 10 a.m.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.  Contributions in Roseanne's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 would be sincerely appreciated.  Parking with attendants on duty.  COVID-19 protocols must be maintained: face coverings, social distancing, etc.
