AVELAR, Ronei M. of Framingham, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly, Sunday, December 28, 2025 in the Metro West Medical Center-Framingham Union Hospital.  He was 60 years old.  Born in Governador Valada Res, Minas Gerais, Brazil, Ronei lived in the United States for many years.  He worked as an Occupational  Therapist at various nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the local area.

He is the  beloved  son of Cenira Miranda de Avelar of Brazil; the dear and devoted father of Gillian Avelar of Everett, Riley Avelar of Everett, Ryan Avelar of Everett and Jennifer Rocha of Clinton; the loving grandfather of Daniel Rocha of Clinton; and he is survived by many loving brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ronei's funeral service in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St.  (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Friday, January 2, 2026 at 11 a.m.  Burial will be private.
