BOTTA, Rocco of Peabody, formerly of Everett, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly Thursday, Oct. 12. He was 73 years old. Rocco was born in Siano, Italy and lived in Everett for many years before settling in Peabody. He was the former proprietor of Harvard Pastry and H.P. Cookie Company. Rocco was the son of late Rosa (DiFilippo) and Vincenzo Botta; the beloved husband of Denise (Krabey) for over 45 years; the dear and devoted "Pa' of Gina Oliver and her husband, Marc, Enrico Botta and his wife, Mariana, and Marisa Botta all of Peabody; the dear brother of Enza Basile and Emilia Bevilaqua of Italy and the late Enrico Botta and his surviving wife, Grace Botta; the loving "Papa' of Taylor, Rocco and Riley Botta and Olivia Oliver; and he is also survived by many loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Rocco's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Monday, Oct. 16 from 4-7 p.m.  His funeral will be from the funeral home Tuesday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 10 a.m. Entombment Woodlawn Cemetery Community Mausoleum-Versailles, Everett.
