MARTINEZ, Raquel of Somerville, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in the Cambridge Health Alliance, Cambridge.  He was 76 years old.  Born in La Union, El Salvador, Raquel lived in Somerville for many years.  He worked as a food preparer for various restaurants.  Son of the late Cornelio Martinez and Josefina (Mendoza) Martinez; Husband of Orbelicia Blanco;  dear and devoted father of Lillian Martinez, Elias Martinez, Albert Martinez and the late Henry Neftali Martinez Espinal.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Raquel's visitation in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with a funeral home service at 10:30 a.m.   Burial at Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield.  Parking with attendants on duty.
