KARINTIKAL, Pradeep entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 20, 2026 in the Massachusetts General Hospital after being in failing health.  He was 65 years old.  Born in Calcutta, India, Pradeep lived in Somerville for many years.  He worked at Harvard University as an assistant chef for the university food services.

Pradeep was the former husband of Maya Karintikal; the son of the late Krishna Murari and Susheela Karintikal; the dear and devoted father of Sumeeta Gupta and her husband, Sunil and Ash Karintikal; the loving grandfather of Arisha Gupta and Aditya Gupta.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Pradeep Hindu services in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St., (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Friday, July 24, 2026 from 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m.  followed by cremation services at the Woodlawn Cemetery Crematory, 302 Elm St. Everett.  Parking with attendants on duty.
