RUSSO, Placido Frank of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was 89 years old. Born in Boston, Frank lived in Everett for many years. He was employed as a short order cook at various eating establishments. Beloved son of the late John and Santina (Zagami) Russo. Dear and devoted father of Frank Russo and his wife, Susan of Wakefield, John Russo and Joseph Russo of Malden. Devoted brother of Pauline Spiegelman and Joanne Johnson of Everett and the late Geraldine Pelletier and Rose Douglas. Loving grandfather of Brian, Michael, Andrew, John J., Melanie, Matthew and Eric Russo. Frank is also survived by his former wife and friend, Phyllis (DiNatale) Russo. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Frank's visitation hour in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, Thursday, November 9 beginning at 9 a.m. to be followed by his funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Services will conclude with burial at the Glenwood Cemetery, Everett.
