CAVALLARO, Peter, Sr. of Gloucester, entered into eternal rest at home, Friday, October 28, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.  He was 87 years old.  Born in Watertown, Peter resided in Belmont  and Lincoln for many years and most recently in Gloucester.  He was a wholesale florist by profession who owned and operated Albany Street Wholesale Flowers as well as other flower companies.  Beloved husband of Elizabeth A. (DiPietro) Cavallaro for over 64 years. Loving son of the late Grace Cafarelli and Joseph Cavallaro.  Dear and devoted father to Peter Cavallaro, Jr. and his children: Peter Cavallaro, III, and Jessica Mary Elizabeth Cavallaro and also surviving are Grace and Debbie. Also devoted father to Patricia Richards and her children: Nathan, Joshua and Maggie; and Pamela Ann Heintz and her husband, Stephen and their children: Elizabeth Ann Craft and her husband, John, Stephen Heintz, Emily Grace Terrell and her husband, Pres, and Anna Heintz. Dear brother of Elizabeth Zaccardi and the late Annie Denisi, Elvira D'Agostino, Sarah DiPietro, Americo, Joseph, John, Domenic, Abraham, Samuel and Boniface  Cavallaro.  Also surviving are several devoted nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Peter's visitation and services in the First Congregational Church of Hamilton, 624 Bay Road, South Hamilton, Monday, October 31 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. with the service to immediately follow.  A private burial will be in the family lot at Mt.
