RAO, Pauline J. (Constantine) of Peabody, formerly of Everett, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 7, 2024  after a long journey.  She was 96 years old.  Born and raised in the West End of Boston, Pauline was one of seven children born to her Albanian parents, the late Catherine and Harry Constantine  She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph P. Rao for 59 years; dear and devoted mother of Joseph P. Rao, Jr. (Pamela) of Billerica, Jeanne LeBlanc (Michael) of Danvers, James K. Rao (Evelyn, late Linda) of FL and Julie Rao Martin of Wakefield; loving grandmother of Jennifer McLaughlin, Joseph P. Rao, III, Joseph Santacroce (Laura), Amanda Pace (Nicholas), Scott LeBlanc (Ashley), Samantha Pauline Martin, Dianne Rao-Stein (Joshua) and the late James K. Rao, Jr.; loving great-grandmother of Kaeleigh Malette, Nathan McLaughlin, Anna Rao, Drew Santacroce, Luke Santacroce, Salvatore Pace, Vincent Pace, Anthony Pace, Dominic Morabito, Julian Stein and Nora LeBlanc, Tristan LeBlanc  and William LeBlanc; and loving great-great grandmother of Charlotte Malette

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Pauline's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Thursday, December 12 from 5-7 p,m.  Her funeral will be from the funeral home on Friday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett at 10:30 a.m.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Pauline's memory may be made to the Perkins Institute for the Blind www.perkins.org or The American Stroke Association www.stroke.org Parking with attendants on duty.
