PIAZZA, Onofrio "Ned" of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family.  He was 86 years old.  Born in Sciacca, Sicily, Italy, Ned lived in Everett for most of his life.  He was a barber by profession who owned and operated Ned's Haircutting Salon for many years prior to his retirement.

Ned was the dear son of the late Giuseppe Piazza and Vincenza DiGiorgio; the beloved husband of Janis A. (Wolfe) Piazza for over 62 years; the dear and devoted father of Jennie D'Alelio of Everett, Gina Corrao and her husband, John of Peabody and Joseph Piazza and his wife, Elizabeth of Lynn; devoted brother of Calogero Piazza and his wife, Lina of Peabody and the late Leonarda Catanzaro and her surviving husband, Giuseppe of Sciacca, Italy; the loving grandfather of Marco D'Alelio, Dario Corrao and his wife, Vanessa, Gianna Corrao, Michael Corrao, Joseph Piazza, Mia Piazza, Hannah Bates, Kayleigh Bates, and Meaghan Bates.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ned's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Tuesday, August 12, 2025 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m.  His funeral will be from the funeral home on Wednesday, August 13 at 8:30 a.m.  followed by his funeral Mass in St. Anthony Church, 250 Revere Street, Revere at 10 a.m.  Entombment Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, Malden.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Onofrio's memory to Heart-Giving MGH, https://giving.massachusetts.org/where-to-give/Corrigan-Minehan-heart-Center would be sincerely appreciated.  Parking with attendants on duty.
