GRAFFAM-RIVERA, Melanie A. of Somerville, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on Thursday, December 5, 2019. She was only 24 years old. Born in Malden, Melanie lived in Somerville for s short while.  She was a stay-at-home Mom for her two children, Jayla and William Jonathan Rivera.  Beloved wife of Jonathan J. Rivera. Dear and devoted daughter of William and Rosemary (Placido) Graffam.  Loving sister of Stephanie Graffam of Billerica, Ashley Blackwell and her husband, Brent of GA and Nicole Graffam of Malden.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend  Melanie's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Wednesday, December 11 from 5-8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Melanie's memory for the benefit of her two children, Jayla and William would be sincerely appreciated.
