FOTI, Mary Ann of Everett, entered into rest at home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. She was 69 years old. Born in Everett, Mary Ann was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Everett High School, Class of 1966. From 1966-2004, Mary Ann worked at M I T as an administrative secretary, retiring after over 38 years of service. Beloved daughter of the late Peter and Josephine "Angie" (Basile) Foti. Dear and devoted sister of Nancy R. Foti of Everett, Frank S. Foti and his wife, Rose of Billerica, Sadie Graziano of Saugus, and Josephine G. Foti of Everett. Loving companion of the late L. David "Dave" Derby. Loving grandmother of John and Ava Tamasi. Dear Godmother of Julie Martin, Jennifer Tamasi and Dawn Powers and Godchild of Jackie Colangelo of Everett. Mary Ann is also survived by 5 loving nieces and nephews and 8 great-nieces and great-nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Mary Ann's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Friday, Jan. 27 from 4-8 p.m. Her funeral will be from the funeral home on Saturday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church, 38 Oakes St., Everett, at 10 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
