CARDINALE, Mary D. (Alimonte) of Peabody, entered into rest on Friday, Veterans Day, November 11, 2016 at the Pilgrim Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Peabody. She was 91 years old. Born in Boston, Mary had lived in Peabody for many years. She was retired from Burroughs Office Machines where she worked as a comptroller. Beloved wife of the late Cosmo Cardinale. Dear and devoted mother of Daniel J. Cardinale of Shrewsbury and the late Lynda Louise Mower. Dear mother-in-law of Linda Cardinale of Shrewsbury. Sister of the late Andrew, Joseph and Anthony Alimonte. Loving grandmother of Christian Mower and Emily Mower Viprino. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Mary's graveside service at the Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 178 Lowell St., Peabody, Friday, Nov. 25 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary's memory to MSPCA, 350 S.
