MENDEZ, Lorraine of Danvers, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. She was 72 years of age. Born in Boston, Lorraine lived in Danvers for a short time. Beloved daughter of the late Mafalda "Minnie" (Voci) and Thomas Panzini. Dear and devoted mother of Lenny Panzini and his wife, CarolAnn of FL, formerly of Malden and Lawrence Almeida and his wife, Lisa of Andover. Sister of Rose Marie Morse of FL, Thomas Panzini and his wife, Mary of FL, formerly of Everett and Vincent Panzini and his wife, Joanne of Saugus. Loving grandmother of Sean Thomas Panzini, Shannon Taylor Panzini, Davis Thomas Almeida and Leila Mary Almeida. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Lorraine's Memorial Mass in St. Anthony's Church, 38 Oakes St., Everett, Saturday, January 9 at 10 a.m. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lorraine's memory to the New England Home for the Deaf, 154 Water St. #1, Danvers, MA 01923 would be sincerely appreciated.
