FRANCESCON, Lidia (Martinello) of Peabody, formerly of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 16, 2025 in the Beverly Hospital after being in failing health.  She was 88 years old.  Born in Latisano, Italy, Lidia lived in Everett for many years.  She was a talented seamstress by profession.  Lidia was the dear daughter of the late Sante Martinello and Mafalda Buffon;  beloved wife of the late Cesarino Francescon; dear and devoted mother of Luisa Silva and her husband, Adam of Falmouth and Paola Dascoli and her husband, Robert of Peabody; dear sister of Valentino Martinello of Italy and the late Mario Martinello; loving Nonna of Cristina Silva-Waters and her husband, Kevin, Jacqueline Silva and Domenic Dascoli.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Lidia's visitation in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Tuesday, January 21, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.  followed by a funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 12:30 p.m.  Burial to follow at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lidia's memory to the charity of one's choice would be sincerely appreciated.   Parking with attendants on duty.
