BAKER, Joyce A.  (Noftle) of Atkinson, NH, formerly of Everett, entered into eternal rest, Friday, June 19, 2026 in the Haverhill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center after a brief illness.  She was 88 years old.  Born in Chelsea, Joyce lived in Everett for most of her life before moving to be with family in Atkinson, NH.  Joyce was a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked for many years at the Elmhurst Nursing Center in Melrose as well as many other facilities.

Joyce was the dear daughter of Robert Noftle and Marjorie (Gillespie) Noftle; the beloved wife of the late Bruce J. Baker; the dear and devoted mother of Hope S. Drysdale and her husband, Stephen and Scott M. Baker; the sister of the late Roberta Laquidara; and the loving grandmother of Kiera Drysdale, Stephen Drysdale and Madeline Beightol.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Joyce's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Wednesday, June 24 from 4 p.m-7 p.m. and to her funeral home service Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 11 a.m.  Burial, with her beloved husband, Bruce will be private.  Contributions in Joyce's memory to the charity of one's choice would be sincerely appreciated.
