VERRENGIA, Josephine (Pione) of Woburn, formerly of Malden, entered into eternal rest at home, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, January 21, 2022.  She had just celebrated her 100th  birthday in October.  Josephine was born in Revere and was a resident of Malden for many years.  Beloved wife of the late Arthur Verrengia.  Dear and devoted mother of  Rev. Dr. Daniel R. Verrengia and his wife, Rosanna (Cocciardi) of Woburn and the late Thomas J. and his surviving wife, Maureen (Monto) Verrengia of Plymouth.  Sister of the late Gregory and Peter Pione, Rose Orlando and Teresa Rosati.  Loving grandmother of James Verrengia and his wife, Raquel of Billerica, Jonathan Verrengia and his wife, Stephanie of Canton, Matthew Verrengia, Nathan Verrengia and his wife, Taylor of Plymouth and Victoria Verrengia of Delray, FL. Josephine is also survived by her 8 loving great-grandchildren: Emma, Rebecca, Chloe, Abigail, Nora, Gio, Domenic and Anthony Verrengia  and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Josephine's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) Everett, Saturday, February 5 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. with a funeral home service to follow at 11 a.m.  Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  Contributions in Josephine's memory to the Park Street Church, 1 Park St., Boston, MA 02108  would be sincerely appreciated.
