RAGUCCI, John of Malden, formerly of Everett and Peabody, entered into eternal rest at home on Monday, May 10, 2021.  He was 91 years old.  Born in Avellino, Italy, John lived in Everett for many years.  He subsequently moved to Peabody and then returned live in Malden.    He worked for many years as a steel worker, retiring from Concord Steel Company in Everett.  Beloved husband of the late Sylvia C. (Benvissuto) for over 57 years prior to her passing.  Dear and devoted father of  Mary Pompeo and her partner, Paul Smith of Malden, John Ragucci of ME and Lisa Turpin and her husband, Ray of Barre, MA  Loving grandfather of Kenny Fazio, Rachel Pompeo and Megan Ragucci. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend John's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT,Thursday,  May 13 from 5- 7 p.m.  His funeral service will be in the funeral home Friday at 10 a.m.  Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  Contributions in John's  memory to the American Cancer Society, 3 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 would be sincerely appreciated.  COVID-19 protocols must be maintained: social distancing, face coverings, etc.   Parking with attendants on duty.
