AVAKIAN, John P. of Everett, entered into rest unexpectedly, January 11, 2016. He was 67 years of age. Born in Stoneham, Jack lived in Everett for most of his life. He was a licensed electrician. Beloved son of the late Margaret (Cataldo) and Charles Avakian. Brother of the late Linda Stopford. Nephew of Mary Cataldo. Longtime companion of Diane Fortier of Everett. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jack's visitation hour in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, Friday, Jan. 15 at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Burial private.
