John "The Kid" DeSalvo died suddenly after suffering a lifelong, courageous battle with drug addiction. John was a unique individual with many talents and an uncanny ability to make people laugh, which he enjoyed the most. He was an amazing dancer, a passionate soul and a loyal friend to many. His smile could light up a room and he will be missed by everyone. John was the beloved son of Donna and Bobby DeSalvo and the best big brother to Paul DeSalvo. He was the loving Grandson of Marie and the late Alfred "Darr" Mattuchio. He also leaves behind his lifelong friends Andrea Romboli and Chris Albano as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend John's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) Everett, Sunday, October 25, 2015 form 3-7 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home on Monday morning at 10 o'clock. Burial service are private.
