DiNAPOLI, James V., Jr. of Everett, entered into eternal rest in the Cambridge Health Alliance-Cambridge Hospital, Monday, September 25, 2023 after being in failing health.  He was 83 years old.  Born on Everett, Jim lived in Everett for most of his life.  He was an electrician retired from New York-New Haven, Hartford  and Conrail railroads.  Jim served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era and was discharged as a SP 4.  Son of the late James V. DiNapoli, Sr. and Anna (Trodella) DiNapoli; beloved husband of Carolyn (Butters) DiNapoli;  dear and devoted father of Anthony J. DiNapoli; brother-in-law of David Butters.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Jim's visitation in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Thursday, October 12, 2023 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. with a funeral home service to follow at 1 p.m.  Interment with U.S. Army Military Honors at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett will conclude his services.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in James' memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 or to the charity of one's choice would be sincerely appreciated.  Parking with attendants on duty.
