LEWIS, Gloria A. of Needham, peacefully completed her life on Monday, June 16, 2025 in her home.  She was 99 years old.  Born in South Fork, Pennsylvania, she lived the majority of her adult life in Verona, New Jersey.  She retired as a bookkeeper from Temple Sholom of West Essex, New Jersey.

She was the daughter of the late Michael Messina and Carmela Basile; the wife of the late John Lewis; loving mother of Veronica Lewis of Charlestown, Barry Lewis and his wife Elizabeth of Portland, Maine, and grandson Evan Lewis and wife Shristi.  Gloria is also survived by her most beloved dachshund, Frankie, her loyal companion of 17 years.
