CHARLES, Frederick Emmanuel of Salem, NH, entered into eternal rest on Monday, Christmas Eve, December 24, 2018 in the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.  He was 23 years old.  Born in Boston, Frederick lived in the Salem area for a short time.  He worked as a kitchen helper in the fast food industry.  Beloved son of Karine Jean-Marie and Frederick Charles and wife Carline Felix Charles.  Dear and devoted brother of Jean Claude David, Kassandra Jean Marie, Sebine Abigail Charles and Cedric William Charles.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Frederick's visitation on Friday, January 4, 2019 in the First Community United Methodist Church,  55 Otis Street, Medford beginning at 9 a.m.-10 a.m. followed by his funeral service at 10 a.m.  Burial will follow in the Lowell Cemetery, 77 Knapp St., Lowell.  Arrangements by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main Street) Everett, 617.387.3120
