SAFINA, Frank of Malden, entered into rest unexpectedly on Friday, August 7, 2015 in the Melrose Wakefield Hospital. He was 80 years of age. Born in Tripoli, Libya, Frank lived in Malden for many years. He was the former proprietor of Perfect Grinding Company on Broadway in Everett until retirement. Beloved husband of Lina (Ragucci) for over 50 years. Dear and devoted father of Maria Safina and Frank Safina of Malden. Brother of Rosa Siega and Vita Grassi of Malden, and the late Joseph Safina. Loving grandfather of Simona Petrino, Emanuela Petrino and Frank Cronin. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Frank's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Monday, Aug. 10 from 4-8 p.m. His funeral will be from the funeral home on Tuesday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church, 38 Oakes St., Everett, at 10 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum-Chapel Hill, Malden.
