PARKER, Frances J. (Spellman) of Charlton, formerly of North Oxford and Everett, entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 9, 2021 in the Overlook Nursing Center in Charlton, MA.  She was 89 years old. Born in Boston, Frances lived in Everett for many years before relocating in North Oxford, MA and finally in Charlton.  Beloved wife of the late Leo J., Jr. for over 65 years.  Dear and devoted mother of  Ellen M. Parker and her husband, Matthew R. Horton of Charleston, SC, Thomas F. Parker and his wife, Cynthia of Cary, NC, Susan P. Mielinski and her husband, Joseph of Charlton and the late Robert L. Parker.  Sister of the late Mary W. Spellman.  Frances is the loving grandmother of her 6 loving grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Frances' funeral from the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Friday, April 16 at 9 a.m.  followed by her funeral Mass in Our Lady of Grace Church, 59 Nichols St. Everett-Chelsea at 10 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  COVID-19 protocols must be maintained: face coverings, social distancing, etc.  Parking with attendants on duty.
