JORDAN, Florence (Smith) of Melrose, formerly of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 1, 2024 in the Melrose Wakefield Hospital.  She was 93 years old.  Born in Chelsea, Florence lived in Everett for many years before moving to Melrose.  She was a stay-at-home Mom for her 9 loving children. Florence was the beloved wife of the late Robert A. Jordan; the dear and devoted mother of Sheila Smith and her husband, Arthur of Wakefield, Stephen Jordan and his wife, Jeanne of Saugus, Roberta Rappa of Stoneham, Patricia Cannata of Cohasset,  Alan Jordan and his wife, Belkis of Methuen, Christopher Jordan and his wife, Gretchen of Hollis, NH, Theresa Ventura and her husband, John of Melrose, Jeana Jordan of Melrose and the late Anita Jordan.  She was the last of her many siblings.  Florence is also survived by her 31 loving grandchildren and 16 loving great-grandchildren.
