DiCIOCCIO, Flavio Carmine of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 in the Massachusetts General Hospital and had been in failing health. He was 83 years old. Born in Sulmona, Italy, Flavio lived in Everett for many years. He was a talented and skilled tailor by profession, working many years for various clothing stores and finally opening his own tailoring shop in Lexington. Beloved husband of Loreta (Ventresca) for over 59 years. Dear and devoted father of Anna Maria Sullivan and her husband, Jay of Salem, NH, Carmina Castellano and her husband, Francesco of Medford, Flavio DiCioccio and his wife, Kathleen of Hamilton, Milva Smith and her husband, Michael of Medford and Anthony DiCioccio and his wife, Lila of Tewksbury. Brother of Pierina, Dino and Anna DiCioccio of Italy. Also surviving are 7 loving grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Flavio's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Sunday, Oct. 21 from 2-5 p.m. His funeral will be from the funeral home on Monday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church, 38 Oakes St., Everett, at 10 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden. Contributions in Flavio's memory to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 41705, Boston, MA, 02241-7005 would be sincerely appreciated. Parking with attendants on duty.
