PIMENTEL ALONZO, Fernando Antonio of Everett entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 in the Cambridge Health Alliance-Everett Hospital.  He was 73 years old.  Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Fernando lived in the Everett area for many years.  He was a retired horse jockey from Suffolk Downs Race Track.  He also worked as a tailor for Sal's Cleaners.  He was the son of the late Fernando Pimentel and Francisca Alonzo.  The dear and devoted father of Fernando Pimentel, Jr. , Jason Pimentel of Everett and Tina Hernandez of Florida.  He is also survived by many relatives in the Dominican Republic.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Fernando's visitation in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Saturday, March 16 from 1-3 p.m.  with a prayer service at 2:30 p.m.  Burial will be private.
