KELLER, Ernest A. of Winthrop, formerly of Everett, entered into rest on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was 86 years of age. Born in Somerville, Ernie lived in Everett for many years before settling in Winthrop these last few years. He was a retired firefighter, protecting and serving the City of Everett for over 35 years. Beloved husband of Mary Delory Keller for over 64 years. Dear and devoted father of Lizanne Croteau and her husband, Paul of N. Reading and Kara Keller and her wife, Samantha of Winthrop. Brother of David Keller of Malden, Mildred Morriarty of Everett and the late August, Victor and Carroll Keller, Patsy Sawyer and Sally Costanza. Loving grandfather of Andrew and Kayla Croteau. Brother-in-law of Carole and John O'Keefe of Middleton, Paul and Paula Delory of Lynnfield and the late Joan Delory. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ernest's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Thursday, Oct. 22 from 3-8 p.m. His funeral will be from the funeral home on Friday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett at 10 a.m. Interment with military honors in the Glenwood Cemetery, Everett.
