MAIORANO, Emilia R. (Cocciardi) of Malden, formerly of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 23, 2023 in the Bear Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Stoneham.  She was 91 years old.  Born in Malden, Emilia resided in Everett for many years before transitioning to senior living.  She worked for many years as a secretary in a law office.  Beloved daughter of the late Joseph L. and Carmela (DeNicola) Cocciardi; the dear and devoted mother of Robert Maiorano of Melrose and Grace Maiorano of Everett;  the loving sister of Peter Cocciardi and his wife, Amy of Saugus, Dina L Basler and her husband, Bruce of S. Carolina and Rosanna Verrengia and her husband, Dan of Woburn.   Emilia is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Emilia's visitation in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. with a funeral home service to follow at 11 a.m.  Interment in the family lot at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  Contributions in Emilia's memory to the Christian Assembly, 45483, Somerville, MA 02145 (christianassemblynow.org) would be sincerely appreciated.  Parking with attendants on duty.
