Dr. David Menon died unexpectedly on Monday, November 28, 2022. He is grieved by his wife, Suzanne Menon, his daughter Julie, his sons Alvin, Edwin and David, his daughters-in-law Susanne and Kelsey and his grandson Samuel. He is also survived by two brothers, Emmanuel and Edward Menon and their families.

Dr. Menon was a devoted primary care physician who cared for his Union Square, Somerville community for over 25 years. He was also a gifted gardener, a creator of tasty meals and truly loved animals. Above all his most cherished time was spent with his family.

In the words of those he cared for, he was "a gem", "one of the best" and "a giant of a man." To his family, he will be remembered and loved as the father and grandfather who gave so much of himself. Until we meet again.

A private gathering for only immediate family has been planned to honor his life.
