MacDONALD, David I. of Everett, entered into rest unexpectedly, March 29, 2017 at his home. David was 72 years old. He was born in Malden and resided in Everett for many years. David graduated from Everett High School. He worked at the Federal Reserve Bank in the processing department prior to retirement. Beloved son of the late Norman and Jessie (Macauley) MacDonald. Dear and devoted father of Michael T. MacDonald of Walpole and step-father of Laurie Hohenleitner of Walpole. Loving brother of Laurel Dudley and Sandra Bowers of NH. Former husband of Ellen M. (Cullinane) MacDonald. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend David's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Tuesday, April 4 from 4-8 p.m. A funeral service will held at 7 p.m. during visitation. Interment private. Late Past Master of the Phoenix Lodge of Masons, A.F. & A.M., Hanover. In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory to the Shriners' Burns Hospital, 51 Blossom St., Boston, MA 02114, would be sincerely. Late Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam Era. Parking with attendants on duty.
