CALAPAI, Claire F. (LeFave) of Brockton, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 30, 2024 in St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston.  She was 77 years old.  Born in Everett, Claire was a graduate of Cardinal Cushing High School.  She worked for the telephone company for over 44 years and retired as a computer operator  She was the daughter of the late John LeFave and Irene (Lafferty) LeFave; the beloved wife of Frank J. Calapai for 7 years; the dear and devoted mother of John Heil and his wife, Margaret of Nahant, Christine O'Malley and her husband, William of NH, Robert Heil of Viroqua, Wisc; and step-mother of the late Joseph Calapai and his surviving wife, Joy Calapai of Brockton; the dear sister of Mary Repetto of Everett and the late John LaFave; the loving grandmother of Collette Heil, Nathaniel Heil, Cassidy O'Malley, Mitchell Calapai, Samantha Calapai, and Christina Calapai.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Claire's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Tuesday, July 9, 2024 from 4 p.m.-7 p.m.  Her funeral will be from the funeral home, Wednesday at 10 a.m. with a funeral Mass to follow at 11 a.m.  Burial will be  at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  Contributions in Claire's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jde Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 would be sincerely appreciated.  Parking with attendants on duty.
