LAFT, Charles Dennis of Everett, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on Monday, November 26, 2018 in the Massachusetts General Hospital.  He was 76 years old.  Born in Chelsea, Dennis lived in Everett for most of his life.  He was a heavy equipment operator retired from the City of Everett, Public Works Department.  Dennis previously worked as a truck driver for many years.  Beloved husband of Angela M. (Viscione) Laft for over 34 years.  Father of Kimberlee Avery of Wilmington and step-father of the late Arthur J. Murphy, III.  Grandfather of Patrick and Brandon Avery.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Dennis' visitation in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Thursday morning at 8:30 a.m.  followed by his funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 10 a.m.  Interment  at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dennis' memory to the American Lung Association, 1661 Worcester Road, #301, Framingham, MA 01701, would be sincerely appreciated.
