SIKORA, Carol Ann (Serino) of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 20, 2021 in the Bear Hill Healthcare Center, Wakefield-Stoneham, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  She was 77 years old.  Born in Boston, Carol lived in Everett for most of her life.  She was a professional bookkeeper. Carol owned and operated a bookkeeping service for many local businesses called Bookkeeping, Etc. for several years prior to her becoming ill. Beloved daughter of the late Carmine and Frances (Ciliberto) Serino.  Dear and devoted mother of Walter R. Sikora, Jr. and his wife, Kelley of Melrose and Peter C. Sikora of Everett.  Devoted sister of Kathleen S. Ryan and her husband, Douglas of Middleborough.  Loving "Grandma" of Avery, Kyle, Emma, Grace, Janessa and Jordyn Sikora. Lifetime companion of Dennis Merchant of Everett.  Carol is also survived by many cousins and longtime friends.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Carol's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Friday, Sept. 24 from 9 -11 a.m.  with a funeral home service to follow at 11 a.m.  Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carol's memory to the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, 55 Fruit St. Boston, MA 02114 would be sincerely appreciated.  Parking with attendants on duty.
