Marrone, Carol A. (Orsini) of Saugus, formerly of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, in the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, surrounded by her loving family.  She was 82 years old.  Born in Everett, Carol lived there for most of her life until recently living in Saugus.  She received her Bachelor's degree in Education from Boston State College.  Carol owned, operated and was a respected and talented teacher at Chapman Private School, Inc. (Nursery and Kindergarten) in Everett for over 37 years.

Carol was the dear daughter of the late Domenico and Antonetta (Maiocco) Orsini; the beloved and devoted wife of Robert F. Marrone for over 60 years; the dear and loving mother of Philip A. Marrone and his wife, Janet; and the adored and loving grandmother of Laura Marrone; loving sister of Marie Commito and her late husband, Elio.

As requested, all services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carol's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105 would be sincerely appreciated.  Arrangements by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, Everett.
