Obituary

TRINGALI, Anthony M. of Melrose, formerly of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at home, surrounded by his loving family.  He was 83 years old.  Born in Boston, Anthony lived in Everett for most of his life before transitioning to Melrose.  He worked for Sears, Roebuck & Company for many years.  Beloved husband of Louise (Alexander) for over 55 years.  Dear and devoted father of Anthony Tringali, Jr. and his wife, Heidi of N. Carolina, Michael Tringali of Woburn and Renee Tringali and her companion, James DiCarlo of Peabody.  Brother of Josephine Grossi and her husband, Vincent of Everett, Lorraine York and her husband, Robert of Everett, Carmela Gibson and her late husband, Charles of Everett and the late Guy Tringali.  Loving grandfather of Sedonia Tringale, Thomas Tringali, Robert Tringali, Gianna Tringali and James DiCarlo, III.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Anthony's visitation in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Thursday, Feb. 11 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.  followed by a funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church, 38 Oakes St., Everett, at 10 a.m.  Burial services will be private.  Late U.S. Navy Veteran.  Contributions in Anthony's memory to the New England Center for Homeless Veterans, 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02108 would be sincerely appreciated. COVID-19 protocols must be maintained: face masks, social distancing, etc.
