RAO, Anna L. (Valenti) of Malden entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 in the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital after being in failing health.  She was 84 years old.  Born in Quincy, Anna lived in Malden and the Everett area for many years.  She worked for the City of Everett School System retiring as a para professional after 25 years of aiding and helping the children of Everett.  Daughter of the late Michael and Domenica (DiSciullo) Valenti.  Beloved wife of the late Attilio Rao.  Dear and devoted mother of Attilio Rao, Jr. and his wife, Carolyn of Saugus, Donna Capozzi and her husband, Christopher of Everett, Deborah Ford of Malden, and Robert Rao and his wife, Theresa of Everett.  Sister of Theresa Pasquale of Braintree, Phyllis Parker of Merrimac, NH, Barbara Bucchianeri of Quincy, the late Mary DiRado, Joseph and Carl Valenti.  Loving grandmother of Sean Fitzgerald, Anna Capozzi, Nicholas Rao, Alexander Rao, Steven Rao, and Amanda Robbins and loving great-grandmother of Quinn Fitzgerald, Amelia Fitzgerald, Nathan Robbins, Alana Robbins and Anthony Rao.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Anna's visitation in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home,  65 Clark St. (Corner of Main Street) EVERETT, Saturday morning, October 16 from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m  followed by a funeral Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett at 11 a.m.  Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  Parking with attendants on duty.  Contributions in Anna's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 510 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be sincerely appreciated.
