RAO, Angelo S. of Stoneham, formerly of Everett,  entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was 92 years old.  Born in the West End of Boston, Angelo lived in Everett for many years before settling in Stoneham. Angie worked all his life at many different careers but the one he was most proud of was being a Knights of Columbus Insurance Agent, an occupation he maintained for many years. He also had great culinary skills making his signature dishes: chicken, ziti and broccoli, sausage, peppers, onions, etc. Beloved husband of the late Viola F. (Muccini) for over 61 years.  Dear and devoted father of Linda Crowe and her husband, Steve of Williamstown, Andy Rao and his wife, Stacey of Cape Coral, FL, Valerie Dube and her husband, Paul of Burlington and Robyn DiCarlo and her husband, Walter of Stoneham.  Brother of Vincent "Gigi" Rao of Sudbury, Mary Martin of OK and the late Pat, Michael, Joseph, Attilio, Salvatore "Sonny" and Frank Rao.   Loving Papa of Christopher Rao, David Rao, Jaime Young, Steven Harris, David Crowe, Jonathan Crowe, Nicole Dube, Jeff Dube, Nico DiCarlo and Gina DiCarlo and loving Great Papa of 7 great-grandchildren.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Angelo's visiting hours in the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Friday, Feb. 22 from 4-8 p.m.  His funeral will be from the funeral home on Saturday at 7:30  followed by a funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham, at  9  a.m.  Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Angelo's memory to the Hallmark Health VNA and Hospice, Inc.  178 Savin St., Ste.300, Malden, MA 02148, would be sincerely appreciated.  Angelo was a Past Grand Knight Everett K of C, #97.  Late Army Veteran of WW II.
